Splashtop SOS is the remote support tool Simplified IT Solutions uses to securely connect to your computer during a scheduled support session.
Click the button below to open Simplified IT Solutions Splashtop SOS download page. After it downloads, open the Splashtop SOS app and read the 9-digit session code to Josh.
How to Start Your Splashtop SOS Session
Call or schedule first
Only start a remote session when you are already speaking with Josh or have a scheduled appointment.
Open Splashtop SOS
Download and open the Splashtop SOS app. If your computer asks for permission to run it, Josh can walk you through it.
Share the 9-digit code
Splashtop SOS will show a session code. Read that code to Josh so he can connect.
Remote Support Safety Tips
Remote support is helpful, but it should always be done carefully — especially for seniors and home users.
Only connect with Josh
Do not allow remote access from anyone who calls unexpectedly, claims your computer is infected, or pressures you to act quickly.
Do not share private passwords
Never share banking passwords, Social Security numbers, gift card information, or other sensitive personal details.
When in doubt, stop
